If you have any flu like symptoms (such as a fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose or shortness of breath), please do not visit our region, as you may put our community at risk. When you visit, please ensure you adhere to all NSW Health advice regarding physical distancing and hygiene.
Please note restrictions on social distancing apply when visiting the Visitor Information Centre. If you are unwell, please do not enter the building. Please call us and we will be able to assist you. Please sign the register on entry and we are only accepting cashless payments (EFTPOS or tap & go).
Monday to Friday: 9.00 am to 4.30 pm
Saturday: 9.00 am to 4.00 pm
Sunday (school holidays): 10.00 am to 2.00 pm (5 July, 12 July & 19 July).
The Visitor Information Centre will remain closed on Sunday’s outside of school holidays. Please phone us and we will be happy to assist.

The Tenterfield Visitor Information Centre has reopened following closures due to COVID-19 restrictions. The centre will be operating via a window service for the time being, and is staffed Monday to Saturday. Phone calls will be answered on Sunday.
